Terms and Conditions: 

1. Not Affiliated with Third Parties
   This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Just Hitched Confetti.

2. Official Communications
   All official communications regarding this giveaway will be sent only from the Instagram account @momentsbygoldson. Moments by Goldson is not responsible for any communications or offers made by fraudulent or impersonator accounts.

3. The Prize
   The giveaway includes the following prizes:

   a) £500 Voucher Towards Wedding Photography

   • This voucher is valid only against the ‘Pure Imagination’ package by Moments by Goldson.

   • Valid for weddings taking place in 2025, 2026, or 2027, subject to availability.

   • Dates are strictly subject to Moments by Goldson’s availability; if your wedding date is already booked, the voucher cannot be used.

   • The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services/packages.

   • Only one voucher can be used per booking.

   b) £65 Voucher Towards Confetti (from Just Hitched Confetti)

   • Upon confirmation of the winner, a £65 e-voucher will be issued to the winner’s nominated email address.

   • Email address will be confirmed via direct message from @momentsbygoldson.

   • Moments by Goldson is not responsible for the fulfilment or quality of products or services provided by Just Hitched Confetti. Any issues with their products must be addressed with them directly.

   • The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services/packages.

   c) Free Engagement Photoshoot

   • The photoshoot is non-transferable, non-refundable and is only redeemable for an engagement shoot provided by Moments by Goldson.

   • The engagement shoot must be booked and take place before 31 December 2025.

   • The photoshoot must be held within 1 hour’s travel of Cardiff; otherwise, additional travel fees may apply.

   • The winner will receive edited digital images via a private online gallery.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

   • The winner will be selected at random on the 4th of July 2025. 

   • The winner will be chosen at random and contacted via direct message from @momentsbygoldson.

   • The winner will need to respond within 7 days of being contacted, otherwise, a new winner may be selected.

5. General Terms

   • By entering this giveaway, participants confirm they are aged 18 or over and are resident in the UK.

   • Moments by Goldson reserves the right to amend or withdraw this giveaway at any time without notice.

   • Moments by Goldson accepts no liability for any losses or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prizes, to the extent permitted by law.

   • No purchase necessary. Entry is free.

6. Data Protection

   • Any personal information provided by entrants will be processed solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway and in accordance with Moments by Goldson’s Privacy Policy.

   • This giveaway is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
