Service Description
Autumnal Mini Sessions > Outdoor Woodland Setting > 25 minute slots > Includes 15 thoughtfully edited images > Option to purchase full gallery & prints This shoot will take place on the Richard Burton Trail (Pontrhydyfen), I recommend parking at The Colliers Arms where I will meet you.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment The full payment of £75 is required to secure your slot. By booking, you agree to these terms. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling If you cancel: More than 7 days before your session: 50% of your fee will be refunded, the remaining 50% is retained by Haz Goldson Photo & Film to cover admin time/loss of funds. Within 7 days: full session fee is payable unless we rebook your slot. If you need to reschedule, we’ll try to accommodate, subject to availability. No-shows or late arrivals (over 5 minutes) may result in loss of session and fee. 3. Photographer Cancellations If we need to cancel (e.g. illness or bad weather), we’ll offer a new date or full refund. Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to poor weather. 4. Images & Usage You’ll receive edited digital images as per your package. Images are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed. We retain copyright and may use images for promotion unless you request otherwise. 5. Your Rights Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are protected. This is a time-specific service, so cooling-off rights under distance selling rules do not apply. 6. Data & Privacy We handle your personal data securely and in line with UK GDPR. 7. Law These terms are governed by UK law.
